Welcome to The Nook in lovely Proctor area of Tacoma. Charming and lively neighborhood close to shops, restaurants and entertainment. Slip off your shoes, grab a book or a glass of wine, watch the water, or go for a walk on the beach. We hope you’ll enjoy our home as much as we do! Located minutes from Tacoma, Gig Harbor, freeway to Seattle and many other Northwest destinations.

The set-up is really ideal for traveling professionals on an out of state project, locals needing a residence while their home is under construction, traveling nurses, graduate college students on preceptor ship, people moving into the state and looking for a place to stay while they house shop. Or as a jumping off point for all of the amazing Northwest beauty and lifestyle activities available minutes from the apartment.

While these are to help you find your way around, the most important thing to remember is that you’re on vacation! Kick back and relax!

“NOTE: Deposit will be pre-authorized on your credit card; however, it will drop off 7 days after your stay providing there was no damage to the property.”

 

Proctor Area of Tacoma

Make sure you partake in everything Proctor and nearby areas have to offer. After you've strolled through the quaint shops and restaurants be sure to take in Point Defiance our beautiful park with Zoo and Aquarium.

From the ever popular Tacoma Glass Museum featuring Chihuly, Chambers Bay Golf Course privy to the US Open, to the LeMay Car Museum, Tacoma has much to offer. Jumping off point to Seattle, Mt. Rainier and Olympic Rain Forest.

Enjoy Ruston Way on the waterfront with even more shops and restaurants including spectacular views of the Puget Sound. Spot ships cruising by along the gorgeous walk and even a seal to two.

Longer Stays

  • For stays of a month or more:

  • $2550 October - April (includes 1 monthly cleaning)

  • $2750 May/June, September (includes 1 monthly cleaning)

  • $2950 July - August (includes 1 monthly cleaning)

  • $125-$275 Pet fee. Depending on length of stay and upon approval of owner

  • $150-$250 Exit cleaning. Depending on length of stay

  • $1,000 Refundable deposit

  • Inclusive of a $150 monthly utility allowance
